Edit: I want to be clear that I did not accuse the staff of committing fraud, rather, I noted that charging a credit card without prior consent could be regarded as credit card fraud. My concern is not the $20 fee itself, but the fact that my card was processed without my authorization. I am attaching screenshots of the class descriptions from your website. I have been unable to locate any mention of "a fee that is spelled out as a requirement for the class," and the staff has not provided proof of this policy. While Craig mentioned that a fee is charged if a student does not have a 23-inch racquet, this information is not available online. Such a wonderful facility. Probably the best public tennis courts I’ve seen. Staff is friendly and super knowledgeable. Nick, Harrison, Craig, Zach, and Dave are all so helpful and patient. They’ll let you ask all sorts of questions about racquets and strings and never make you feel bad about picking their brains. Courts are clean and well-maintained. They have 19 of them! There are two indoor courts, but those can be hard to reserve since everyone wants them. Coaches are just awesome. We all have our favorites, but I won’t share mine (he’s crazy booked already)! Restrooms are clean and there is often nice and calming jazz music playing. Only wish they had paper towels in the restrooms. Dyson hand dryers are lovely, but sometimes we just need some old-fashioned paper towels. 😂

Southlake Tennis Center has been our tennis club home for four years. From the moment you walk through the doors, you're greeted with a warm welcome from Craig and the STC staff. Each staff member is always attentive and are genuinely willing to help with any tennis needs. The tennis pros are all incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging and will give you a challenge. Each lesson, camp and/or drill are always well organized, fun and super challenging. My family and I always look forward to coming to our tennis home at STC!

I hadn’t picked up a racket in 22 years and Southlake Tennis Center and it’s amazing staff have sucked me back in! The front desk staff is friendly, helpful, and I look forward to walking in the front doors for their greeting. The coaches are so positive and have helped me find a love for tennis again- especially Mustapha! I’m very grateful for STC and its staff!

This tennis center is wonderful. Signing my son up for classes and getting started was very easy. His level one coach was calm, encouraging, and understanding of my neurodivergent son. I highly recommend for first time players.
